TPMP is led by a team of successful business leaders with experiences ranging from executive line management to global partnership development, alliance management, venture capital, and M&A. We have “been there and done that” in businesses as small as venture-backed start-ups and as large as global multinationals. Through experience we have learned both the challenges and rewards associated with successful global operations.

A few examples of our work include:

• Created strategy for Chinese partnership yielding over US$800 million in operating profit after 4 years
• Formed multiple metal fabrication JVs in Japan
• Gained China central government approvals allowing investment in "closed" industries through focused lobbying effort
• Implemented multinational auto projects involving Japan, Thailand & India
